We got 2007 started off right with a successful first workshop at Tiffany's Bakery, Sunday, January 28th. Sixty people attend from 23 bakeries and 6 allied companies. We shared some great product and decorating ideas, both new and from past years, plus a different technique for icing petit fours & cookies.
