We had an exciting program for both bakers and
decorators.
Christine Schnee, from The Cake Wheel, demonstrated some neat decorating
ideas, while showing useful tools & equipment to make decorating
easier. Ken Cagle, Jr., a Certified Decorator, shared some of the
Sweet Shoppe's quick and simple holiday decorating ideas. Ken Cagle,
Sr. kept the bakers busy making products such as "Brown Bag Apple
Pies" and ways to make & use Puff Pastry & Sweet Dough. The
Donut Depot shared their Pecan Pen Muffin with the bakers.

Thanks goes to Ken Cagle, Jr., his parents Ken & Judy, and his
grandparents Jim & Helen Sloop, for having us in their bakery. A
lot of hard work goes into planning a workshop and getting the bakery
ready for a workshop.
