Start your Workshop morning with a Complementary Continental Breakfast and time with Vendors in our Exhibit Areas.  Vendor Booths with Event Only Specials will be ready to meet you Sunday morning with a cup of coffee and exciting things to show.  Enjoy this one-one-one time with Vendors specific to your trade and learn about new products to help you in your business.

This program is designed to lay the framework for identifying your optimal position of competitive advantage and subsequently leveraging that edge throughout your business. A brief overview of how to use your business’ financial performance over time to evaluate your plan of attack is offered as a means of systematic control. The program concludes with a discussion of "Continuity Planning" as a means of mitigating the risk inherent in the theory vs reality gap that is the reality of every business over time.

Dawn will demonstrate their Pecan Pie base, an easy to use product for quick pies and other delicious items.  They'll also have some of Dawn's newest items including a prepackaged Gluten Free line.

Karrie is going to demonstrate this new product from Icing Images.  DecoGel is an edible product that melts, molds, and pops out clear for a glass/jewel appearance to decorations that standup to warm and cool temperatures.

Emma started her "Mobile Dessert Truck" in 2008 and was the first in Charlotte.  Her bakery is a commercial kitchen and her retail store can go just about anywhere you can park a van.   She's going to talk about what inspired her to start this kind of baking business, what she did to get it started, and what she's done to stay in the game and GROW during the recession.

These cookies make a fun, moderately priced, edible hand-crafted gift for your customers to give to friends and associates. Tina will show you how to modify existing cutters to create 3D cookies, demonstrate different decorating ideas, and show you some packaging options their finished product.  She will be demonstrating a number of holiday ideas in decorating, some of which will appear on our website SOON!
