Meet Some Of The People Who Were On Our Program...

Colette Peters is owner of Colette’s Cakes in New York City, and a renowned decorator who has taught classes all over the U.S. and abroad. She has created cakes for numerous celebrities, and her unique cakes have been featured in a variety of publications. She is the author of 5 popular decorating books, and in 2004, she won the Food Channel’s $10,000 Wedding Cake Challenge.

         

Jackie Scott and her husband started their family’s bakery, Scott’s Pastry Shop in Middleton, Wisconsin. She is a past President of the Retail Bakers of American and the Wisconsin Bakers Association. Jackie feels very strongly about the importance of planning on how to incorporating family into your business and the future of your business in general. 
       


Christopher Campbell
is currently the CEO of Vision 2020 LLC, and a motivational instructor with the Jim Moran Institute. He comes from an international educational background and has extensive experience in the business world through employment and voluntary work with service organizations. Leaders in the business, government, and non-profit sector seek his advice and counsel

 

          
  

 

 

   

Mara McCoy and her husband Stuart own and operate the award winning Lakeview Bakery in Rowlett, Texas. Mara has been designing custom cakes for over 18 years, many of which have been for famous people. General Mills proudly brings Mara to Jacksonville to share her talent.


Dominique Homo
is a third generation baker, who graduated from the Baking School of Rouen, France. His world travels gave him an unique opportunity to learn the techniques and ideas of bread baking of different cultures. He is a baking consultant, and has worked with product development & training for the California Raisin Board.
