If you weren't there, You missed a great
convention. The location was beautiful, the hotel was great, there
were 35 allied exhibitors, and our program was one of the best; but the
only problem was that we didn't have as many of our members attend as we
wanted. The attendance was 261, so not bad, but not great!
We had some of the industries
most talented bakers,
decorators, and sales representatives sharing their knowledge. Everyone
learned a lot and
enjoyed the fellowship. We even had 51 people participate in
the Biltmore Tour.
