Yes, the SRBA
Board is busy planning events for 2008. We started
off the year with a hands-on workshop at the Tasty Pastry Bakery in
Tallahassee, Florida, Sunday, January 27th. Then our 2008 Convention was in
the lovely mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, April 19th
-21st. It was held at the Crowne Plaza Mountain Resort. We had another workshop
at Strossner's Bakery, in Greenville, SC,
Sunday, June 22nd. Our last workshop will be at Cinotti's Bakery, in
Jacksonville Beach, Florida, in October. Check out the program under "Workshop," then
"Cinotti's."
